Questions clients ask before signing
Including the ones people usually only ask after a problem. If your question is not here, call us — we would rather answer it now than in month three.
Enquiry, pricing & deployment
For standard requirements in our covered cities, verified staff are on post within 48 hours of a confirmed order.
Larger mobilisations (20+ personnel) or specialised roles such as armed gunmen typically take 5–7 working days, because licence checks and police verification cannot be compressed safely. We will tell you the honest timeline at the quotation stage rather than promise 48 hours and miss it.
No hard minimum on headcount — we do single-guard posts, though a single post costs more per head than a cluster because supervision is spread over one person instead of six.
Standard contracts run for 12 months with a 30-day exit clause on either side. Short-term, project and event deployments are available with no lock-in.
The rate is built up, not picked. It is the applicable minimum wage for the skill category and state, plus EPF and ESIC employer contributions, plus bonus and leave provisioning, plus uniform and equipment, plus our service charge — with GST on top.
Quotes show each of those as a separate line. If a competing quote is dramatically lower, it usually means minimum wage or statutory contributions are not being paid in full — which becomes your liability, not just theirs, under the Contract Labour Act.
No. Site assessment is free and carries no obligation, for guarding as well as CCTV. For local sites we can usually visit within a day of your enquiry.
Yes. Many clients start with one shift or a single post for a month before scaling up. We would rather you test us on a small deployment than sign for 20 posts on the strength of a brochure.
The people on your site
Absence is escalated the moment the shift-start call goes unanswered. Our supervisor deploys a reliever from the local standby pool — the commitment is a replacement on post within 12 hours, and for critical single-guard posts we aim for the same shift.
You are never billed for an uncovered shift. Absent days are deducted from the monthly invoice and shown as a separate line, not silently absorbed.
Minimum 40 hours of induction before deployment: post duties, patrolling and register discipline, visitor and material gate-pass handling, fire-safety and extinguisher use, first aid basics, emergency escalation and public-handling conduct.
Site-specific briefing happens on top of that, on your premises, before day one — so a guard is not learning your gate procedure while standing at it. Refresher training runs every six months.
Yes to both. Character and antecedent verification is completed for 100% of deployed staff, along with Aadhaar, address and previous-employer reference checks. Copies are retained on file and shared with you on request — many corporate clients ask for the full set as part of vendor onboarding.
Yes, at any time and without needing to justify it in writing. Tell your account manager and we will rotate the person out — usually within 48 hours. It helps if you tell us the reason so the replacement is a better fit, but it is not a condition.
That is the intention. Familiarity with a site is a security asset — a guard who knows your regular vehicles and staff spots the exception. We rotate people only for leave, promotion, or at your request. Frequent unexplained rotation is a sign of an agency with an attrition problem, and it is worth asking any vendor about.
Every supervisor round is logged in the site register with time and signature, and your site in-charge can counter-sign. Night rounds are additionally confirmed to our control room. Your monthly report includes the count of rounds performed — so the claim is checkable, not just asserted.
Invoices, payment & paperwork
Standard contracts are billed monthly in arrears, against the attendance register signed by your site in-charge. The invoice shows the per-post rate, actual days worked, overtime if any, statutory contributions and GST as separate lines — so nothing is bundled into one opaque figure.
Short-term and event deployments are billed per shift, usually with part-payment in advance. Payment terms are typically 15–30 days from invoice and can be aligned to your procurement cycle.
Overtime beyond the contracted shift is billed at the statutory rate and only against hours authorised by your site in-charge — we will not invoice overtime nobody approved. National holidays are charged as per the applicable state rules, which we set out in the agreement so there is no month-end surprise.
Only when the statutory minimum wage is revised by the state, which typically happens twice a year. In that case the wage and statutory components move by exactly the notified amount and our service charge stays unchanged — and we share the government notification along with the revised rate. There are no discretionary mid-contract increases.
Every monthly invoice is accompanied by the attendance summary, the wage register extract and EPF and ESIC challan copies for the staff on your site. PSARA licence, GST certificate and insurance documents are provided at onboarding and refreshed on renewal. This is the pack most audits ask for, so we send it by default instead of on request.
Deployed staff are our employees. Workmen’s compensation and ESIC cover sit with us, not with you — that is a large part of why outsourcing to a licensed agency is worth the service charge. Our agreement sets out the indemnity position clearly; your legal team is welcome to review it before signing.
Thirty days’ written notice on either side, no penalty. We will keep staff on post through the full notice period and hand over registers, gate records and any documentation to you or the incoming vendor. We have taken over enough messy transitions to know how damaging a bad exit is — we do not do them.
Where and what we cover
Gwalior (head office and control room), Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Ujjain, plus project sites across Madhya Pradesh. See the coverage map for local strength and a direct line for each city. If your site is outside these, tell us the location — for a viable headcount we can usually set up a local pool.
Yes — for frisking points, hospitals, schools, ladies hostels, retail and examination duty. Availability is thinner than for male guards, so give us a little more notice where you can.
Yes, and most of our larger clients do exactly that. One agreement, one account manager, one monthly invoice with each service line broken out separately. It also removes the three-way blame that happens when the guard vendor, cleaning contractor and camera vendor are different companies.
Yes, for cash handling, banks, ATMs, jewellery retail and high-value movement. Armed deployment requires valid arms licensing and additional verification, so allow 5–7 working days rather than the standard 48 hours.
