CCTV & Electronic Security
Cameras, access control and alarms — specified for your site, installed properly, and maintained so the footage exists on the day you need it.
Installed to be used, not just to be seen
Most CCTV failures are discovered after an incident: camera facing the wrong way, recording overwritten, or a hard disk that died months ago. Our scope is built around preventing exactly that.
- Site survey and camera plan — how many cameras, of what type, at what height and covering which line of sight, agreed on paper before purchase.
- Supply and installation — cameras, DVR/NVR, storage, PoE switches, cabling, conduit and power backup, with tidy dressing.
- Correct storage sizing — retention period agreed upfront (typically 15–30 days) and the disk sized for it, not guessed.
- Mobile and desktop viewing set up on your devices, with a walkthrough for the people who will actually use it.
- Access control and alarms — biometric or card readers, boom barriers, door controllers, intrusion and fire-panel integration where needed.
- Handover documentation — camera layout drawing, device list with serial numbers, warranty papers and login credentials handed to you in writing.
- Annual maintenance contract — scheduled preventive visits, health check of every camera and disk, plus a stated fault-response time.
- Footage retrieval support — assistance in exporting clips when you need them for an insurance claim or police complaint.

Fewer cameras in the right places beats more cameras everywhere
We would rather quote eight well-placed cameras that hold 30 days of footage than sixteen that overwrite in four.
Coverage before count
Entry and exit points, cash and stock areas, loading bays and blind corners first. Corridors and open ground rarely justify a camera each.
Retention before resolution
A theft is often noticed a fortnight later. Footage that has already been overwritten is worth nothing, however sharp it was.
Maintenance before expansion
Before adding cameras, we check that the existing ones are recording. Roughly a third of the systems we inspect have at least one dead channel.
Enquiry to deployment in four steps
Every stage has a stated turnaround, so you always know what happens next.
Enquiry
You share the requirement. We call back, and visit the site free of cost if that helps size it properly.
Verification
We shortlist staff and complete police verification, ID, address and previous-employer checks before anyone is offered.
Deployment
Uniformed, briefed staff report on post with a duty chart, attendance register and emergency contact list.
Ongoing support
Supervisor visit once a week, monthly attendance report and a named account manager for escalations.
Want a camera plan before you spend?
We'll survey the site, mark the positions on a layout and quote against that plan — so you can compare like for like with any other vendor.
