Kulkavach Security & Manpower

Why clients stay with us

Anyone can supply a guard. What clients renew for is supervision, compliance that survives an audit, and someone who answers the phone at 2 AM.

Our story

Built in Gwalior, run like an operations company

Kulkavach started with a handful of guard posts in Gwalior and a simple observation: clients rarely change security agencies because of price. They change because nobody turned up, nobody answered, or the paperwork failed at audit.

So we built the company around those three failures. A local standby pool in every city we operate in, so absence has a same-day answer. A named account manager per client instead of a switchboard. And a compliance pack that goes out attached to the invoice every month, whether or not you ask for it.

Today we deploy across five cities in Madhya Pradesh from our Gwalior head office, covering factories, hospitals, societies, offices, institutes and project sites.

What we commit to in writing

  • First response to any enquiry within 4 business hours
  • Standard deployment within 48 hours of a confirmed order
  • Replacement on post within 12 hours of an absence
  • No billing for uncovered shifts — deductions shown as a separate line
  • PF and ESIC challans attached to every monthly invoice
  • A named account manager with a direct mobile number

These are contract terms, not marketing lines. They appear in the service agreement you sign.

Case studies

What changed after we took over

Three problems clients brought us, and what the numbers looked like afterwards.

Manufacturing · Malanpur

Night-shift pilferage at a components plant

Challenge

Repeated stock shortfalls on night shift, no reliable gate record, and a previous agency rotating unfamiliar guards every week.

What we did

Fixed 9-guard roster with a named night supervisor, gate-pass register tied to dispatch, two surprise night rounds a week, and CCTV at the loading bay.

Result

Pilferage incidents down to zero over 11 months; gate records now accepted in the monthly stock audit.

Residential · Gwalior

240-flat society with visitor chaos

Challenge

Unlogged visitors, delivery crowding at the gate, and residents complaining that guards were untrained in dealing with the public.

What we did

Deployed 6 guards plus one supervisor, introduced a visitor log with resident call-confirmation, and ran a soft-skills and emergency drill every quarter.

Result

Gate complaints in the RWA register fell from 14 a month to under 2; contract renewed twice.

Healthcare · Bhopal

Hospital needing 24×7 cover at short notice

Challenge

Outgoing vendor exited with two weeks' notice, leaving 18 posts across OPD, ICU corridor, parking and mortuary to be filled without a gap.

What we did

Mobilised 18 verified staff in 4 days, briefed each post separately, and placed a dedicated account manager on-site for the first fortnight.

Result

Zero uncovered shifts during transition; scope later extended to housekeeping.

Note for the site owner: replace these with your own case studies before launch — real clients (with written permission) and real numbers. See README.md § Content checklist.

Clients

What clients say

Client One
Client Two
Client Three
Client Four
"The difference is the supervision. Guards are the same everywhere; having a supervisor who actually turns up at 2 AM is not. Our audit findings on gate control went to nil."
RSR. SharmaPlant Head, [Client Company Pvt Ltd] Verified client
"We needed 18 people in under a week after our old vendor walked out. Kulkavach had verified staff on post in four days and did not use it as a chance to raise the rate."
AKA. KhanAdministrator, [Client Hospital] Verified client
"PF and ESIC challans come attached with the invoice every month without us asking. That alone saved our accounts team a week of follow-up each quarter."
